modcloth: I decided earlier this year that I was going to start trying new projects outside of my comfort zone as often as possible. Everything from new hair styles to DIY craft projects have been attempted, but I have to say some of my biggest inspiration comes from Kate of Scathingly Brilliant. When I saw this bridesmaid dress she completely revamped, it made me think I might need to bust out my ill-used sewing skills! What projects have you taken on this year? Ugh I should get a sewing machine… I keep putting off my mending cause I haven’t got one. I keep forgetting about that.
